Fitness classes are held in our air conditioned, sprung floor aerobics studios and are led by our experienced Fitness Professionals who are innovative and motivational. With almost 30 classes a week to choose from, there is something to suit everyone. Our comprehensive class timetables include Pilates, Yoga and BOSU. You can also try Chi Ball Stretch or Studio Cycling.
If you prefer to work-out in the swimming pool, why not join in with one of our water aerobic classes. With all of the classes included in your membership you have the perfect opportunity to vary your workout program.
